Honda GX100 QA2 Adapter 1/4-20, 1.25" thick plus a 1/8” lip.
Note: The Honda GX100 has a 15.8mm or .62204" OD shaft. It is NOT a 5/8" shaft which is .625" OD.
This adapter is CNC out of 6061 Aluminum.
It has four drilled holes for the 8mm x 1.25 x 20 mm long Socket Head Cap Screws.
We also drilled & tapped EIGHT holes for the 1/4-20 threads. Use 1/4-20 x 1.25" long socket head cap screws to bolt the apater to the engine.
This dual bolt pattern will allow gear box to be used in many positions. This is a custom CNC machined part so the Honda GX100 can be used with the Staton-Inc 18.75 to 1 gear boxes with the larger GXH50 bolt pattern. Most of our gear box will NOT have the larger bolt pattern, so you will need order the gear box along with the engine and adapter and other parts need.
Note: You need to cut off 1.18” of the shaft and it has to be drilled and tapped with a ¼-28 FINE thread.

ONE: 1/4-28 x 1/2" FINE THREAD Button Head, black.
FOUR: 1/4-20 x 1.25" Socket Head Cap Screw, Black
FOUR: 6 mm Flat Washer Zinc ( to be used on the ¼-20 x 1.5” SHCS)
