SOLO Typ: 142 40.7cc 2.5 hp Solo 2-Stroke 2-Cycle Engine 7,500 rpms. EPA COMPLIANT.
Each engine is test started before shipping.
I would mix the first gallon at a 40 to 1 ratio, then Mix at a ratio is 50 : 1 when using a High Quality Air Cooled Two Cycle oil JASO FD oil or higher.
Make sure you READ the Solo engine manual regarding starting the engine and the pull rope.
English starts on page 10. Read on page 14 about the starter. Read all the pages from 10 to 18 before starting the engine.
It’s best use a 40 to 1 mix ratio for the 1st gallon of two cycle mix, then you can go to 50 to 1 ratio.
You can tell by watching the video the Solo 142 starts very easy if you fail to press the BLUE decompression valve.
This kit uses our 18.75 to 1 reduction Outside drive gearbox and comes with all the parts needed to install on a Tri-Fecta 20" folding trike made by Worksman Cycle.
This trike could have 5/8" or 3/4" axle so be sure and check to see what size you have and check the correct drop down box before you place the order.
This kit includes all the mounting hardware to install the Solo 142 engine kit.
NOTE: The Yellow engine is shown in the pictures, but you will get the Solo 142 engine.
