Custom Made Cable up to 100" inner cable 90" outer casing.
We can make these any length from 1" up to 90".
We will cut the cable to the length you need, add a Adjusting Screw if needed and solder on a # 48 brass end.
Most folding bikes use a 74" long cable, some tandems use a 90" and most trikes use a 90".
If you have a girls type of frame you may need a 68" to 70" long cable.
Make sure you will be able to turn the handle bars full left and full right.
It would be better to have a couple inches more then having it too short, but the longer the cable it may be harder for it to return to idle.
Do not clamp the nylon ties real tight on the frame as the cable needs to be able to move so the inner cable can return to idle.
We will custom make this cable to fit the Robin Subaru EH035, EH025, Honda GX22, GX25, GX31, GX35, Mitsubishi TLE43 cc, TLE33 cc & 22.6 cc or the Tanaka TC47 46.5cc or the 47R.
This is the CABLE only and does NOT include the small black lever, hose clamp or the twist grip throttle. We can only make cables that fit with our small black levers or our twist grip as they can vary on the throw on the length of the cable.
