Staton-Inc will allow a return on products that are in new condition and are in the original packaging. "New condition" means that the product has not been charged, installed, fueled, started or ridden, in the original carton, complete with all packing materials, documents, blank warranty form, etc. No refunds on used (Ridden) units or used parts.
Customers must call 405-605-3765 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping the product back to Staton-Inc. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned without a RAN or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused.
Orders placed outside the web site like a phone or e-mail order may have a $5.00 handling fee. We want our customers to use the web site. It is very easy and secure to use.
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee covers credit card processing costs and the cost of returning items to inventory. Canceled orders are also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. All Shipping and Handling charges both ways are non-refundable
From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Note: If the package is sent outside the USA you may or may not be able to track the package. Most of the time we find you cannot track the package until it arrives and is signed for.
Any orders with less than $5.00 shipping cost will not contain a tracking number. We are not responsible for non-delivery or lost or damaged packages if you pick US Mail without the tracking number.
If you choose USPS - US Mail and the shipping rate is higher than the rate that is shown on the package, a refund will be credited back to you for any amounts "above" $5.00 difference.
US Mail will be 1 to 3 days slower than if we ship by UPS.
Any "Rush" orders need to be placed on the web site by 1:00PM.
If we ship by UPS and you pick a faster service like 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air that does not mean the order will ship the same day. We get the order due to other prior pending orders that came in before your order.
We will ship the order how you pick but it may or may not be the same day the order is received. It depends on pick-up times of both USPS and UPS. USPS picks up at our location in the morning and UPS picks up in the afternoon.
If you need to have a part A.S.A.P., be sure and e-mail or phone us to make sure we have the part in stock and if we can ship the day you place the order.
