Double Bearing 78 mm - 78mm Clutch housing Assembly. CNC Machined out of 6061 Alum.
Fits engines like the Honda GX35, GX50, Zenoah G430RC (G43L), Solo Typ: 142, Solo Typ: 154 and others with the same bolt pattern and clutch rotor. ENGINE IS NOT INCLUDED.
1/2" OD Shaft with a 1/8" key way and snap rings groves set at 3/4" and 7/8" in width.
Black Anodized.
It has four 1/4-20 tapped holes with a 2.5" bolt hole circle pattern.
This has a Four hole, 2.5" bolt pattern.
2.5" across from each other or 1.8" from one to the other.
Fits most engines that have the 76 mm Clutch Rotor.
Note: If you need to take apart, notice that we have machined a 1-3/8" Int. snap ring grove in-between the two bearing.
This keeps the two bearings in place and the placement of the clutch drum to the clutch rotor.
1. Remove the 5/8" Ext. snap ring from the OD of the shaft.
2. Push or tap the shaft out.
3. Use a 1/4" or 5/16" x 3" long bolt to tap the LOWER bearing out. Go side to side and tap to remove the lower bearing.
4. Once the lower bearing is removed you can push or tap the upper bearing out and or remove the 1-3/8" Int. Snap ring.
5. No spacer or washer is needed between the two bearings.
6. To assembly install the 1-3/8" Int. Snap ring, press in the upper bearing until it contacts the snap ring, then press in the lower bearing.
7. With the clutch drum attached to the shaft, press the shaft in to the two bearings and install the 5/8" OD Ext. snap ring.
Honda GX31, GX35 & GX50. The Honda GXH50 needs the adaptor and super duty clutch rotor.
