Description

Note:  Pictures show the Tanaka engine but you will get the ZENOAH G43L

This Bicycle engine - motor kit has the 76 mm clutch rotor - 78 mm clutch drum and can be ordered with four sizes drive rollers.
The most common size for this engine is: 1.34".  The ID of the channel is 3.4" wide.

This is a complete Rear mount friction drive kit with a 1" Drive roller that will mount to most Bicycles.

The kit includes:

One: ZENOAH G43L 41.5cc 1.97 hp Two Cycle Engine (made in Japan) mix ratio is 50 to 1, includes engine manual and spark plug wrench.
One: Custom made 60" long throttle cable with the small lever & #16 mini hose clamp.

(not a bent thin piece of steel like the others that have tried to copy my product )
Two 5/8” ID x 1-3/8" OD x 7/16" wide High Speed Double Sealed Ball Bearings with retaining ring.

We use one High Speed Double Sealed Ball Bearing on each side of the Drive Roller to support it and remove all the pressure off the engine.

What Drive Roller should I pick?

If you want LESS top speed, more pulling power for hills and bucking the wind pick a smaller drive roller.

If you want a FASTER top speed, less pulling power on hills and bucking the wind pick a larger drive roller.

Keep in mind the larger the drive roller you will have to assit pedal the bike up hills and high winds.

Remember, the smaller OD of the Drive roller the slower your top speed, but more low end pulling or hill climbing power.

The larger OD of the Drive roller the Faster your top speed, but less low end or hill climbing power.

The 1" drive roller is good for riders up to 300 lbs and some hills top speed is about 25 - 27 mph. 3rd most common size for this engine / hp.

The 1-1/8" drive roller and for riders up to 275 lbs with mostly flat ground that want a fast top speed about 30 mph. 2nd most common size for this engine / hp.

The 1.34" drive roller and for riders 225 lbs or less and mostly flat ground 35+ mph. Most common size for this engine / hp.
