Solid no hole .9" wide Adapter for freewheel sprockets with 13, 14 & 15 teeth with 30 mm  x 1.0 OD right hand threads, no set screws, not plated. The Large OD 1.42".

May be used with some: Motorized bikes, eZip, Currie, iZip gear reduction motor so they can freewheel. UniteMY1018 Electric Motor, MY1018, MY1018z, Unite, XYD-16 

You will have to machine, drill weld, broach, drill & tap set screws ect.
