It's CNC machined, has Six High speed Double sealed ball bearings, a 5/8 inch output shaft with a 3/16 inch key way and snap ring groves. Cast Alum. MADE in the USA. You can now remove the enigne without splitting the gear case or removing the gear box off the bike. We have CNC machined four 1/4 inch tapered NPT plugs. Our gear boxes also have a snap ring between the two bearings on the clutch drum, they have two 3/16 inch x 3/4 inch location pins to maintain gear centers and we have machined a "notch" on each end of the gear case to aid in splitting it if you used a silicone gasket sealer. If you use 80-90 weight oil only use about 3 oz. These are designed for Moly grease. |
